Vampire Weekend at the Riviera
93XRT welcomed Vampire Weekend to the Riviera Theatre in Chicago for two sold out shows. I photographed the first three songs on the second night for XRT. They were; “White Sky,” “Holiday,” and “Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa” off of their latest album “Contra.” The great stage lighting and animated band members helped to turn out some of my favorite concert photos to date.
I used my Canon 50D with a Canon 24-70 f/2.8 lens. I also used a Canon 16-35 f/2.8 lens for a song which was generously lent to me by Dana who was shooting for Venuszine.
