Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers at the United Center

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers made a stop at the United Center during their Mojo tour last Saturday. I have seen the band twice before and was definitely excited to be able to photograph them for the first time. They played a lot of their hits and some of the songs off their new album “Mojo”. The energy was through the roof and nobody sat in their seat for the entire show.

The lighting for the set was phenomenal and made it easy to get some great shots. I was able to keep the ISO down around 1000 for the entire show and was stopped down around 3.5 and 2.8. I used my Canon 50D and the Canon 24-70 f/2.8 for all shots.
