While I was leaving work the other day I couldn’t help but notice how the sunlight was hitting the buildings. It’s the time of year where the sun sets around 6 o’clock and creates some really cool shadows and reflections. I brought my camera into work with me the next day and decided to walk around the loop and try to find some cool settings. I’ve lived in Chicago most of my life and passed by everything I photographed that day a hundred times but I tried to see things in a different way. I was really happy with the way these photos turned out and can’t wait to head out and explore another area of the city.
I took all of the photos with a Canon 50D camera body and a Tokina 11-16 f/2.8 lens.
